The money now flowing into Red River Valley as communities rebuild
The water is declining at the beginning, but not despair, Grand Forks: A tide of money is on the way.Hundreds of millions of dollars to begin flowing in the area of insurance companies and support of the Confederation. A construction boom is sure to succeed.
At the top of the other communities destroyed by natural disasters say that money is a chance to Grand Forks back stronger than ever.
“I can say that the people of Grand Forks, they back,” said Mayor Joe Riley of Charleston, SC, was devastated by Hurricane Hugo in 1989. “They are totally new and it will happen faster than you think.”
The communities Charleston, Rapid City, SD, and Homestead, Florida, all questions have focused on rebuilding now Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. Local entrepreneurs are optimistic they can and are in today’s meeting, and discuss the future of the region.
“I do not see how this as a longer term,” said Jim Lynch, General Manager of Rydell’s car dealerships in Grand Forks. The community now has a chance to create a vision for their future and a business-friendly environment, he said.
